How to Enroll
Easy as 1-2-3!
1) Apply online for the School Readiness Program or VPK (Voluntary Prekindergarten) through the Early Learning Coalition Portal at https://www.ecs4kids.org. The child must be approved through the Office of Early Learning.
2) Though there are no enrollment fees for the School Readiness Program or VPK, Little Lamb's Child Care Center does charge a
required annual fee of $50.
3) In-person assistance with online applications will be available at our building on Tuesdays and Fridays from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Please contact us at (904) 229-9064 if you need to make an appointment for a different day or visit us @ 96382 Mount Zion Loop, Yulee, FL 32097 for any assistance.
At this time, we are allowing only one parent inside the building. If you require special accommodations, please let us know prior to arrival.
FAQ
What is the ratio in my child's classroom?
In our Toddler room, the ratio is 1:6. In our Preschool room, the ratio is 1:11. Little Lamb's Child Care Center adheres to all guidelines and state standards.
How do teachers handle discipline with my child?
We discipline our students with positive redirection. Our beliefs and strategies are addressed in detail in the Parent Handbook.
Do you provide part-time or drop-in care?
No. At this time, we only offer full-time care.
Can my child bring his/her favorite blanket or toy to school?
Children may bring a blanket that will remain in our Center for the entire week. It will be sent home every Friday so that you may wash it. For safety purposes, we do not allow children to bring toys.
What sanitation procedures are used at Little Lamb's?
All areas used by the program are sanitized throughout each day. Our current sanitation procedures are covered in detail in the COVID-19 information packet (which you will receive in your enrollment paperwork).
What types of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, debit cards, and all major credit cards.
